200 Days of Star Wars was a fan art project celebrating the release of Star Wars Episode VII: the Force Awakens in 2015 by creating drawing for each day counting down to the movie's premier, in this case, 200 days before. There were good drawing days, and there were the bad drawing days, and then there were the just plain tired days. All but three of the drawings were created digitally with the Sketchbook app on an Apple iPad.

  • Day 23: I forgot my iPad and it was the 11th hour so I drew in a lined notebook
  • Day 100: Both pieces were watercolor paintings that were given away to celebrate the 100th day out from the preimiere via an Instagram random follower drawing.

The drawings were originally posted on Tumblr and Instagram. It was a labor of love and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
